Where it began
From January 1999 to November 2001, Alona worked as a Marketing Analyst at Prada Group — the first chapter of a career spent between European houses and the American market.
The work
She conducted primary and secondary research to obtain accurate data on every aspect of marketing — data that in turn shaped North American pricing, regional product selections and special promotional programs.

Analysis as strategy
She assembled, interpreted and analysed data to develop Distribution, Competitive and Sales Analyses on a bi-annual basis, supporting strategic decision-making.
A bridge to Milan
She collaborated with sales and marketing counterparts in Milan, guiding them on strategic marketing decisions for the US market — including unauthorized distribution, counterfeit products and pricing matters.
